If you need to cancel your reservation or change your reservation details, please contact JPC immediately. Cancellations (changes) are free of charge up to 7 days in advance, 50% cancellation fee from 2 to 6 days in advance, and 100% cancellation fee on the day before or on the day.Please be aware that this may occur.
Also, please be sure to contact us if your arrival will be delayed for any reason on the day of your visit.

• For instruments that are not permanently installed, please be sure to apply in advance, as it will take time to prepare.
• Eating and drinking inside the studio is strictly prohibited!
• If you use an instrument that you have not reserved, or if you use it after the designated time, you will be charged an additional fee.
• Studio fees, instrument usage fees, and terms of use are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that we may not be able to accept your reservation depending on the number of people or the type of musical instruments you bring.
• If you have any questions or concerns about instruments that are not on the rental list, please feel free to contact us.
• Basically all studios are for lessons and events.
  Even if you have made a reservation, we may have to cancel it due to events, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
