komakimusic.co.jp is a website established by Japan Percussion Center, a percussion instrument specialty store, with the aim of quickly delivering useful information to percussion instrument enthusiasts nationwide.

When inquiring about products or requesting a quote by e-mail, please cooperate with the following to ensure smooth administrative processing.
When contacting us, please be sure to include the title of the email. If you do not enter a subject, your email may be marked as spam.
Please be sure to include your name and phone number in the body of the email. Also, if you have a designated sales area, staff, etc., please write them down as well. We cannot respond to inquiries from email addresses for which we cannot specify the reply address.
When sending an email, please be sure to send it in text format, not HTML format. (The contents of the e-mail may not be readable due to garbled characters, etc.) When replying to our e-mail, please be sure to quote the text of the e-mail you received. At JPC, you can mail-order any product we carry, including the products posted on our website. Please feel free to use.
You can place your order using the methods below.
1. Order via online shop
You can easily shop for products registered in the online shop "eJPC" using simple operations on the web.

2. Order by email
If you need consultation when purchasing a product, or if you are ordering a product that is not registered in our online shop, you can order by email. Please feel free to contact us.
3. Order by phone
Please apply directly to each JPC city.

If you place an order through our online shop or by email, your order will be confirmed once you receive an "Order Confirmation Email" from our representative.
However, this does not apply if we respond directly to your order by phone or email inquiry.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
However, please note that we will not be able to accept cancellations in the following cases.
・If the payment for the product has been completed
・If the product has been shipped by cash on delivery
・If the shopping credit contract has been completed
Please note that if we are unable to confirm payment (or return of loan contract documents) by the deadline, we may contact you and cancel your order.

About payment
You can choose the payment method according to your convenience from the following methods.
Please also note that the delivery process will vary depending on the payment method.
1.Cash on delivery
You can use Sagawa Express's "e-Collect" and Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin Collect".
In the case of cash on delivery, the product will be shipped as soon as it is available. Please pay the price directly to the delivery person when you receive the product (cash on delivery may not be available depending on the product).
*If you are using cash on delivery, we will only accept payment in cash.
*Cannot be used at online shops.
2.Bank transfer
Please transfer the amount to our designated bank account within one week after confirming your order. It will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

About delivery
Products will be delivered by the following courier companies affiliated with our company.

・If the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer, it will be delivered by a delivery company contracted by each manufacturer.
Prices vary depending on product availability and payment method.
・When using cash on delivery for products in stock: Usually around 3 days (excluding holidays at our store)
・When paying by credit card for products in stock: Usually around 3 business days
・If payment is made by bank transfer for a product in stock: Approximately 3 days after payment is confirmed (it may take several days to confirm payment)
・If out of stock: Item will be ordered from the vendor. It varies depending on the type of product and the vendor's inventory status. Please check when ordering.

Shipping costs for shipping products vary depending on the product (packing size and weight) and shopping method.

About returns and exchanges
We take every possible measure to ensure the quality control and delivery of the purchased products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or that the product is damaged or soiled due to an accident during delivery. If so, we will replace it.
When you receive the product, please check for damage, stains, and missing accessories before using it.
If you would like to exchange or return a product, please contact us within 8 days from the date of delivery. Please also note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns of products that have become dirty or damaged due to use.
We will only accept returns if the product is incorrect or the quantity is incorrect due to our company's responsibility, and there is no replacement product (one-of-a-kind item, out of stock).
If you would like to return the item, please send it back in unused condition.
If you wish to return the product, please contact us within 8 days from the date of delivery.
*Product payment will be made in the following manner within two weeks after the returned product arrives at our company.
We will refund the amount of the returned product (including consumption tax) minus the transfer fee using the method of payment that was used at the time of purchase. Please contact us for more information.
