Article 4 (Registration Procedure for this Service)

Article 5 (Lesson)

The lessons in this service will be in charge of our instructors (hereinafter referred to as "Instructors").
If IBM or a lecturer is not able to perform the booking lessons, the reimbursement of the schedule or the refund of the ticket price will be compensated for.

Article 6 (Lesson Ticket)

The lessons in this service will be a ticket system, and you can reserve one lesson per piece.
The customer may purchase a ticket that can be used in this service by paying for the ticket price specified by IBM.
You must pay for the ticket by the way you specify it.
Tickets are valid only on the time of the final lesson, which has been confirmed, and will not be changed by the date until two days prior to the date and time of the application.
Tickets that were not used on the day of the lesson will expire at the same time as the date and time you received the application.
If the customer is unable to access the ticket, we will not refund the ticket.

Article 7 (Reservations for lessons)

After you notice a lesson, you can reserve the lesson two days before the desired date.
Select the desired lessons from the IBM-designated ticket purchase method, and specify the date and time you wish to take the course, and make an application for reservation.With a free status, you can also take a series of lessons more than once.
After the application is submitted, the reservation will be confirmed by our company and the lecturer's approval.After the final decision is made, you will receive an email notification about whether or not you will be able to do so.Please be sure to confirm that you may send the guidance to individual students for the lesson course.
Please note that there may be no reservation date or time due to the availability of the lecturer's availability or reservation.

Article 8. (Cancel Lessons)

If you want to cancel the lesson, be sure to apply for cancellation in advance.
After the application is submitted, the cancellation will be confirmed by the company as well as the instructor's approval.After you confirm, you will receive an email with the cancellation acceptance.
In the lesson that you have applied for cancellation by the time of the previous lesson, you will not be able to consume the ticket, and you will be able to refund the ticket in a way that we specify.
If you apply for a cancellation after 18:00 on the previous day, tickets will be consumed, and no refund will be made.
If you do not have an application to cancel by 18:00 a day before the lesson, and you have not attended the lesson, you will be able to cancel the ticket without notice.
However, if the cancellation application is not available due to a problem in the network, etc., please provide us with an e-mail within two days from the day of the lesson, including the reason, circumstances, etc., in e-mail.

Article 9 (Compliance with Rules)

Article 10 (Loss of Use Qualification)

Article 11 (Prohibited matters)

The user must not engage in the following activities at the time of taking lessons in this service or in any other way:
(1) An act of assigning, buying and selling, or changing the name of a right to use this service to another person, changing the name, or setting a pledge or providing it as collateral;
(2) Infringing the honor, credit, copyright, patent right, utility model right, design right, trademark right, portrait rights, and privacy of a third party or other party as an infringement of privacy, or other violation of privacy, or any other party;

(4) Acts of crime, illegal acts, or acts of public morals.

The user shall assume all legal responsibilities even after the suspension of use of this service or the loss of the eligibility of any third party, due to the violation of the first paragraph of the Act.

Article 12 (Lesson System)

The term "resunset system" refers to the system of this service using educational materials and Web conferencing systems ("Meeting System").
If we decide that we need it, we may change the resunset system.
In advance of the change set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify the user of the change in advance, and shall not notify the user of any individual notice.

Article 13 (Use of a web conference system, etc.)

This service is provided through a conference system, including "Zoom".You will need to review the conference system that you use for the lessons before you download the application.

(1) The environment for use of this service

The user will be prepared to provide equipment (personal computers, web cameras, etc.) available to the conference system at the expense of the meeting system in advance, and shall conduct a verification and connection test of the functions of the conference system, etc.In addition, we will adhere to the conventions and guidelines presented by the conference system, and to establish an environment where the lessons can be completed successfully.Connecting to a conference system is a fee for the lesson ticket, as well as data communication charges based on the Internet connection rate plan that the user subscribes to.You will not be able to respond to questions or inquiries about the services provided by the meeting system.

(2) Purpose of use of the conference system

The conference system communication between us and the user is to be used only for this service purpose.

(3) Regarding the Discrepancy of the Environment

If you are unable to perform a lesson due to the user's use environment, we will not be responsible for it.We shall not be responsible for the failure of the Internet line due to the start of the lesson, the delay in the operation due to the speed limit, etc., and the function of the conference system itself.In addition, no refund will be made due to the environment in which the user is using the system.

4. Discharge matters;

Article 14 (Revision of the Certificate of Incorporation)

Article 15 (Other)
