■Account registration
▶ About eJPC account
Registration for an account is free, and there are no joining fees or annual fees.
By registering, you can check your order history from My Account, issue a receipt, and simplify the ordering process by registering your delivery address information in advance.
*This is different from the paid membership system. Thank you for your understanding.
▶ How to register for an account
- Open the login window from the My Account link at the top of the site.
- Click the "Create an account" link at the bottom of the window to move to the account creation window.
- Enter your name, email address, and password of your choice and click the "Create Account" button.
- You will be logged in with the information you entered, so please enter the necessary information such as address from My Account "Confirm Registration Information".
▶ If you can't log in to your account
If you are unable to log in, there may be the following reasons.

If the login information you entered is incorrect
*If the email address and password you entered are different from the registered information, a login error will occur. If you have forgotten your password, click『Reset password』You can apply for changes at . Please reset your password from the confirmation email. -
If account registration is not completed
*If you did not register an account when you used it before, please register a new account again.
■Search for products
▶ Keyword search
Search by entering keywords (product name, product number, etc.) related to the item you are looking for in the search window at the top of the site (magnifying glass button on smartphones).
A list of products matching the keyword will be displayed from among the products registered on the site. You can filter the displayed search results by manufacturer name or category to narrow down your search results.
▶ Search by category
You can display a list of products by specifying the desired category from the "≡ Menu" button at the top left of the page ("≡" on smartphones), the category icon list, or the available item list at the bottom of the page.
Similar to keyword search, you can use the filter function to narrow down the displayed items.
▶ If the desired product is out of stock
When an item that is sold out is restocked, we will notify you of the restocking via your registered email address.
To apply, simply click the [Restock Notification] button on the product details page for which you wish to receive notifications, enter your name and email address, and register.
[Notes]
- Some products may not be restocked and sales may end. Please note that we will not contact you in that case.
- The restock notification email notifies you when the product is back in stock, and reservations cannot be made.
- Depending on the number of items in stock, the item may be sold out between the time you receive the restock notification email and the time you visit the site.
▶ If you can't find the product you want
Please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Even if the product is not registered, we may have a small amount in stock or order it from the vendor.
■Ordering procedure
▶ [STEP1] Log in to your account
If you have already obtained an eJPC account, please log in.
*You can shop without registering an account.
▶ [STEP2] Select the product you wish to purchase
Add the product to your cart on the product page of the product you wish to purchase. If you are purchasing multiple items, continue adding other items to your cart. Once you have finished selecting your products, check the items in your cart and if you are happy with them, proceed to the purchase process.
▶ [STEP3] Specify delivery address
Select the delivery address or register a new one, and proceed to specify the delivery method.
▶ [STEP4] Specify delivery method
Shipping method options will be displayed depending on the delivery address you entered.
Select your desired shipping method and proceed to the payment method specification screen.
▶ [STEP5] Specify payment method
Payment methods include credit card payment, bank transfer (advance payment), and various online payments including PayPal and PayPay. Please choose the payment method according to your convenience.
Also, the screen will change depending on the payment method, so please follow the on-screen instructions and select or enter the required information to proceed.

Precautions
Due to the system, even if you add an item to your cart, the item will not be in stock unless you complete the purchase procedure.
Additionally, if the item is out of stock at the time the purchase procedure is completed, you may not be able to purchase it. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that if an item is deleted from your cart for any of the reasons listed below, there will be no action to return the item to your cart.
- If your cart has expired
- If the number of purchases per person is predetermined, such as for special products with a limited number of sales, if you try to add a quantity that exceeds the rule setting to your cart.
- If the customer's usage environment is outside the scope of our operational confirmation.
- If you perform an inappropriate operation such as pressing the browser's "back" button during the purchase process.
- When logging in with the same account on multiple browsers at the same time
- If a server error occurs during your purchase process.
- If another customer completes the purchase procedure first and the product is out of stock.

■How to use coupon code
We will issue various coupon codes when conducting campaigns on eJPC.
*Multiple coupon codes may be issued. Please use your favorite coupon code.
*With some exceptions, multiple coupons cannot be used at the same time. Thank you for your understanding.
▶ [STEP1] Write down the coupon code and add the product to your cart.
Copy or write down the "coupon code" listed on SNS such as Twitter or campaign information on the homepage, and add the product you wish to purchase to your cart.
▶ [STEP2] Proceed to "Purchase Procedure".
Check the contents of your cart and proceed to the purchase process.
▶ [STEP3] Check the coupon code entry field.

▶ [STEP4] Enter the coupon code and click "Apply".

▶ [STEP5] Confirm that the coupon code has been reflected.
