Established in 1888 in Markneukirchen, a town in the eastern German state of Saxony (formerly East Germany) known as a music town. The company name originates from the founder Robert eduard Hellinger in MaInitial letters of rknuekirchen. At the beginning of the company's founding, they produced their own drumsticks and batons. The current owners, Mattias and Audreas, have been researching the creation of musical instruments for many years and have succeeded in expanding the range of musical instrument production. Together with craftsman Tobias, they maintain the same tradition as when they first started, and make full use of woodworking techniques to produce a wide range of drumsticks, batons, brushes, mallets, hand percussion, and more.
