Vic Firth hickory sticks are made from "Hickory from the North of america", which is said to be one of the highest quality in the world. By drying the water content of the tree to 6%, high density is realized, and the warping of the stick is thoroughly eliminated. In addition, in the final process, one pair of weights and pitches are selected by a computer to achieve an ideal pair balance that can be called a "perfect pair".
