Percussion 1: Marimba (C28-C76 4 octaves)
Percussion 2: Vibraphone (F33-F69 3 octaves) Some parts require a bow, Suspended Cymbal, Shaker
Percussion 3: Chime, Tom-tom (4), Snare Drum, Hi-hat, Suspended Cymbal, Wind chime, Tam-tam, Glockenspiel
Percussion 4: Timpani (4), Suspended Cymbal, Bongo, Tom-tom, Wood block
《From the author's comment》
The beginning is a sustained note of D, and the music slowly develops. After that, I created a melody using the makam scale of D, Es, Fis, G, A, and C. I chose the title "Spiritus" because I wanted it to express strong spiritual power in a solemn atmosphere. It does not mean the famous vodka (alcohol).
The middle part is also a chorale based on the Maqam scale, but unlike the first half, if you think of it as mysterious and fantastic music, the performance will be even more profound. From I onwards in the second half, music is played in Dur (major key) for the first time. Aim for music that is suitable for endings and has a driving force. Starting from L, a performance with high tension is desired due to the modulation of the Maqam scale. The key is how you carry your energy.
