I'm Cajon Mallet. Shaker type!
Mallet for cajon. It is a material like a sponge of high repulsion.
It can be used mainly to hit the bass part of the cajon.
For other percussion such as frame drums!
Mcm4 has a ball in the pattern of the cavity, and a shrug sound comes out with the sound of hitting.
