Chamois leather only model
Due to the nature of the material of bamboo, the manufacturing method of "cutting threads directly on the bamboo handle", which is difficult to process, has been revived. When the KATO.BK flannel mallet was first released, this method was used, but mass production was difficult and the model was changed to the current specifications.
We have remanufactured a thread cutting machine with higher accuracy than the previous machine, and it was fully released as a "Dresdner type".
By cutting the screw thread directly on the bamboo handle and preventing another material from interfering between the head material and the bamboo handle, the pronunciation and the direct feeling that is transmitted to the hand are greatly improved.
Whether you know the initial model or not, please try "Dresdner type"!
A model with chamois leather only. It's not very hard when it's new, but when you use it, it grows into a punchy and cohesive tone.

About the KATO.BK Flanell series <br> A model in which fabrics such as leather and flannel are layered on the mallet head and the tip is pressed with a cap.
