Dresdner type with direct thread cutting on the bamboo handle
Due to the nature of bamboo, the manufacturing method of cutting the threads directly into the bamboo handle, which is difficult to process, has been revived. KATO.BK flannel mallet was manufactured using this method when it was first released, but mass production was difficult and the model was changed to the current specifications.
We remanufactured a thread cutting machine with increased precision than the previous machine, and finally released it as the ``Dresdner type.''
By cutting the thread directly into the bamboo handle, there is no interference between other materials between the head material and the bamboo handle, which greatly improves the pronunciation and the direct feel that is transmitted to the hand.
Whether you are familiar with the early model or not, please try the "Dresdner type"!

About KATO.BK Flanell series
A model in which the mallet head is layered with fabric such as leather or flannel, and the tip is pressed with a cap.
