It's just a generalization. It does not reflect the feelings of any one person,
I think there is a very wide range of interpretation on that point.
I would like to note one point regarding performance.
There are many parts in this song where the tempo and number of beats are determined by mathematical processes.
Therefore, both the first half with no time signature and the second half with odd time signature do not lose their sense of time signature.
Please be careful when playing.
