Keith Carlock Signature Snare Drums from Gretsch Drums！
Keith has been a favorite of brass shell snares for a long time, but he especially likes aged shell brass. This signature model has been developed to take advantage of that taste and to realize a sound that meets the needs of Keith, who does a variety of studio work. After trial and error, the shell came up with a 5.5 x 14 inch / 2 mm thick antique brass shell with a 45 degree bearing edge. Also, from Keith's intention, 20 snare wires are standard equipment for improving dynamics and pitch range, and Permatone Coated head is standard equipment for the head, rather than the snare sound and attack that comes out in front. The 4mm thick Gretsch die-cast hoop and strainer use Lightning Throw off.
Due to the manufacturing and aging technology of this brass shell, the finish, color and luster of each unit, and the overall appearance are exquisitely different. In addition to the USA serial label, a signature label with the year of manufacture is affixed to the inside of the shell, creating a special feeling.
