DW releases limited edition pedals to celebrate its 50th anniversary! 

5000 pedals are the beginning of everything for DW.
The 5000 single chain drive, released in the early days of its founding, revolutionising drum pedals and shocked drummers of the time.
Fifty years later, to celebrate the 50th anniversary, we will be releasing the iconic 5000 pedal limited edition 5050.
The footboard and heel plate made of carbon fiber material have been used, and we have made full use of lightweight technology to refine speed, accuracy and durability.

Additionally, it comes with a limited edition DW 50th anniversary pedal bag and a signature certificate from John Good and Don Lombardi.
The single pedals will be produced in a limited edition of 1,000 units and double pedals will be produced worldwide.

Compared to the base DW5000AD4, I got the impression that the pedal action is quite light and that it gives a smooth action.The carbon footplate makes the plate lighter and the lighter the plate affects the ease of pedaling, so I think this pedal will suit people who don't want a smooth action like the DW9000.
