Gota Yashiki model. Vintage sweetness and thickness coexist with modern response!
Japanreleased the snare drum with the original specs of Groove Master Gota Yashiki as RIDDIM's first signature model!
Mr. Gota's image is that it has ``vintage sweetness and fatness, but has good response and is easy to tune.''
The shell has a vintage-like construction of 6 plies of maple + poplar + birch (from the outside: maple x 1, poplar x 1, birch x 1, poplar x 2, maple x 1), the size is 14" x 6.5", and the bearing edge is set to half round (inner angle is top/round, bottom/45°), aiming for thick, warm sound and good response.
The hoop is Gota's favorite 2.5mm brass hoop, which contributes to the soft feel and thick sound!
Gota's comment
``Since Naoki Ito is the drummer in the construction and feel of the riddim, it is important to note that he is naturally able to make delicate fine adjustments throughout the entire process.
You can experience this when playing together with other instruments.
This snare is stable at both high and low pitches, easy to tune, and is sure to become a great companion for everyone. ”
