About the return and exchange of products

If you receive a product with a discrepancy, please contact the appropriate part of the product within 8 days of the request, along with the appropriate part of the photograph, and contact contact@komakimusic.co.jp. Please let me send you an alternative (if you can't be ready for an alternative), and will be refunded for you.
