About the return and exchange of products

If you receive a product with a discrepancy, please contact the appropriate part of the product within 8 days of the request, along with the appropriate part of the photograph, and contact contact@komakimusic.co.jp. Please let me send you an alternative (if you can't be ready for an alternative), and will be refunded for you.

About Returned Shipping

For any discrepancy, we will bear the fees for the return, or the shipping charge for the replacement goods, and the fee in case of refund.
