This is the Keiko Abe Signature Series. It consists of nine models, MKA-01 through MKA-09, and while these mallets are heavier and more substantial than typical mallets, they require a certain level of technique to master, and will further expand the scope of your playing.
Like the Virtuoso model mallets, the MKA-04 features a double-structure core wrapped in a rubber tube in the head, giving it a hard head hardness.
