Description
An ensemble composed of jazz and rock rhythms
[Performance time]
5 minutes 24 seconds
*The performance time is based on the reference sound source, so it will vary depending on the performance method and tempo.
Reference sound source:JPC ENSEMBLE COLLECTION Vol.12(CD)
《Composer's comment》
Following the previous work My Favorite Rhythms, this is an ensemble composed of Jazz and Rock rhythms.
It starts with a beat of bouncing 16th notes, has a slow rock middle, and ends with an Afro Cuban style rhythm that picks up the tempo and closes the song.
In the song, the instrument is called Iron Pipes, and it is made up of 5 or 6 iron pipes of different lengths ranging from 40 to 20 cm arranged like a keyboard instrument and played with an iron hammer.
The sheet music says there are 5 lines, but I think it's better to have more because it makes the glissando and improvisation more colorful.
It's an important instrument that decorates the final stage, so please come up with various ideas and have fun.
This piece was commissioned by the Fukui Prefecture Takefu Commercial High School Brass Band.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect purchases.
