Description
A work written as an expression of gratitude for the richness of nature.
Composer: Hiroyuki Yamazawa
Composer’s Notes
“Tokiwa” originally refers to an everlasting rock and, by extension, signifies something eternal and unchanging.
With this in mind, the piece was titled “In the Tokiwa Forest.”
I hope you will depict the image of the forest as you envision it.
Please bring out the vitality of the ensemble with a spirited performance.
