Overview of the event
In order to continue working as a musician for a long time, it is important to view the mind and body as one and maintain a healthy state.
In this clinic/master class,How to use your body to achieve a performance that is comfortable to your body while enhancing your musicality.focus on.
The first half is a clinic
A practical and rational way to effectively combine sticking and stroke types to create musical and fluid performances.I will discuss about.
We need to understand how our bodies move and how to use them, and what we can do to avoid creating more muscle tension than is necessary for the performance.
How can we connect "musicality" in performance and "physical health"?
We will learn about these themes through demonstrations.
The clinic is scheduled to last approximately 1 hour, and at the endQ&A timewill also be provided.
