PERSONS
We received a comment from Shun Kota, who has joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra!
My name is Shun Kota and I joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra as a percussionist on August 1st.
When I entered Tokyo College of Music, I moved to Tokyo, and the first time I heard a professional orchestra live was at the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra.
The program is Shostakovich Symphony No. 7 conducted by Eliahu Inbal. I still clearly remember the emotion I felt at that time.
Since then, I have dreamed of how happy I would be to someday be able to perform as a member of this orchestra. I am very happy to be able to join such an orchestra.
I will always remember to improve and aim for even greater heights as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. Thank you for your continued support.
