The method of issuing receipts for online shops has changed.
Thank you for using Japan Percussion Center.
We would like to inform you that the method for issuing receipts at the JPC online shop eJPC has changed.
Until now, customers were able to obtain a receipt at their own timing by clicking the "Print Receipt" button on the order status confirmation page that was displayed when the order was confirmed. Due to the strengthening of the security of the cart system, we are no longer able to provide the same service as before.
In order to make it more convenient for our customers, we have abolished the previous method and changed the method of issuing receipts as shown below.Please confirm this before proceeding.

Details of changes: The previous method has been abolished, and you can obtain it by the following method after the product has been shipped.
1. You can obtain a receipt from the "Issue receipt" button in the product shipping notification email.

2.If you have registered an account, you can also obtain it from the [Receipt] link on the order history page of My Account.
*Please feel free to contact the JPC Support Center if you have any inquiries or requests regarding receipts, such as "I haven't received the shipping notification email," "I'm having trouble getting a receipt," or "I want to change the address to my company name."
