Information on traffic regulations around JPC due to the Sumida River Fireworks Festival

The annual Sumida River Fireworks Festival will be held on Saturday, July 25th.
(Cancelled in case of stormy weather, etc. *As a general rule, decisions on whether or not to proceed due to stormy weather, etc. will be made at 8am on the day)

Due to this, traffic restrictions will be implemented in a wide area, centered on the Sumida River, which will be the venue, so if you are planning to visit us on the day, please be careful.
