Points to note regarding JPC membership account registration details

Thank you for using JPC.
We would like to once again thank our members for their great cooperation in registering accounts and other aspects of the transition to the new JPC membership system that took place in May of this year.
We would like to once again inform you of the points to keep in mind regarding account registration status, and ask all members to once again check the contact information, etc. of their registered accounts.
Membership Points to keep in mind when registering your account
1, About account default address
Default information is generated using the name and email address you registered when creating your account.
Membership number information will be registered at this default address.
After creating an account, the default information generated isPlease be sure to add your address and other contact information.
To edit registration details, go to the relevant information on the registration information confirmation page."edit"From the link, you can proceed to the edit page and register or modify the necessary information.
If you have not entered default information in advance, the shipping information that you will enter when making your first order after creating an account will be set as the new default.Your account will not be linked to your membership number.Please be careful.
2, Regarding the display contents of the digital membership card
The "name", "membership number", and "barcode" displayed on the digital membership card are all registered at the default address.
If your default address is set to information that is not linked to your membership number, your membership number and barcode will not be displayed on your digital membership card.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please go to the registration information confirmation page and return the default address setting to always be linked to your membership number.

If you are unable to confirm your membership number settings on the registration information confirmation page, please contact the JPC Support Center.
3, Regarding the use of shipping address
In addition to the default address, you can register multiple addresses as other delivery addresses.
By registering in advance, you will be able to select from the "Delivery Address" pull-down menu on the delivery address information input page when placing an order.
However, if you complete your order using a delivery address other than the default address, due to system reasons,Reset last used shipping address as defaultIt will be done.

4, About changing your registered email address
To ensure sufficient security to protect your personal information, the email address you set when registering your account cannot be changed by you.
If you wish to change your email address, please contact the JPC Support Center.
When contacting us, please provide the following information to confirm your identity.
- full name
- Email address before change
- Email address after change
- Contact phone number
