Born in Tokyo.
He started playing classical piano when he was young and joined the brass band in junior high school. He started playing drums and other percussion at the age of 17, and began his career as a drummer.
At music college MESAR HAUS, he studied drums with Tamaya Honda and others, and percussion with Yuji Imamura.
In 2018, he joined the Latin band Los Hijos de la Galaxia led by Getao Takahashi, and is in charge of vocals as well as drums.
He is known for his sharp beats and springy grooves, and is active in numerous group sessions.
In addition to performing, he also works as a drum and percussion instructor, giving lessons to pre-school children to older adults, as well as rhythm training workshops for vocalists, band-style ensemble lessons, and basic music theory lessons.
