Mdrums will celebrate its 5th anniversary in 2026.
To commemorate this special milestone, we will be holding a special event featuring Mdrums creator Makoto Horiuchi and special guest drummers Ryo Kanda and Ryo Ebihara who will actually use Mdrums!

We welcome a special guest drummer and thoroughly dig into the relationship between a drummer's performance technique and drum sound, as well as the unique sound of Mdrums!
Using demonstrations, we will explain how the sound changes with stick control and rhythm, and what adjustments are made to create the ideal sound!

In addition, we will introduce anecdotes from when Mdrums were used in actual performances, settings that you cannot usually hear, and secrets of sound makeup!

This is an event where you can experience the depth of drum sounds and Mdrums through talks, explanations, demonstrations, and drum performances!

Ryo Kanda[Kandaryo]

Born September 24, 1987 in Hyogo Prefecture. After a career as a dancer, he became a drummer after joining a high school jazz big band. Ryo Ebihara

Born on June 24, 1987. Born in Miyazaki Prefecture.
He started playing drums when he was 10 years old, and moved to Tokyo after graduating from high school when he was 18 years old.
After graduating from vocational school, I supported various artists mainly in Tokyo.He is active in many fields, including recording and performing on TV programs.Ru.
He is a member of the brass band at junior high school and high school, and has experience playing classical music.He also has a reputation for performing with orchestras and musicals.
