We would like to inform you about the shipping status of products during the year-end and New Year holidays below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
◆About shipping during the year-end and New Year holidays
Final shipment of the year: For orders confirmed by Saturday, December 27, 2025.
Resumption of shipping at the beginning of the year: Scheduled to be shipped sequentially from Sunday, January 4, 2026
*If you order by bank transfer, the shipment will be prepared after the payment is confirmed, so it may be shipped after the new year, January 5, 2026 (Monday).
*If there is no stock available for shipping, even if you order during the above period, the product may be arranged and shipped after the new year, January 5, 2026 (Monday).
*If you order multiple products at once, depending on the stock status of some products, all orders may be shipped after January 4th (Sunday) of the new year. Thank you for your understanding.
*Depending on the order status, shipping may take longer than usual. As soon as the shipping date is confirmed, we will contact you by e-mail etc.
