The way you log in to your customer account has changed!

Thank you for using JPC.

In order to improve the security of our customers' accounts, we have updated the login method forJPC online shop "eJPC"has been updated.。

The changes are as follows.

◎Previous method

• Click the "Login" icon at the top of the site
• Enter your email address and password in the pop-up windowLog in

◎Changed method

• Click the "Login" icon at the top of the site
• On the login screen that appears, register. Enter the registered email address and send
• An "authentication code" will be sent to the email address you entered.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the received authentication code to log in.

With this change, the appearance of the "My Account" page has changed significantly, and changes to your registered name and email address, which previously required an application, are now possible from the account information confirmation page.

Also, we are no longer able to issue receipts that were previously available for download from the order history page.
To issue a receipt, please obtain a receipt from the "Print Receipt" button in the product shipping notification email.

This is a functional enhancement to protect your important information.
