[Important] Request to all members due to changes in membership system (updated 2/21)

Thank you to everyone who has already joined the JPC membership system!

As announced in newsletter No. 174, we are currently preparing to revamp the JPC membership system.
After the system renewal, all members will be required to register for an eJPC account in order to centrally manage the existing membership system and paid accounts for the online shop eJPC.
In order to ensure a smooth system transition, we ask all current members to complete eJPC user account registration by the end of March 2023.

Account registration deadline: End of March 2023

Once the system integration is complete, you will be able to pay your annual membership fee (renewal procedure) online, and your membership will be automatically renewed once a year just by completing the initial procedure.
As soon as the procedures are ready, we will notify members whose renewal period is approaching.

To all members who have registered an account,

• Preferential shipping at online shops
• Submit a product review
• Full access to online magazine
• Participation in upcoming members-only campaigns

If you have already registered your email address in your member information

If you do not have an email address registered in your member information

■Those who have registered their email address in the JPC membership system in advance.

If you have registered your email address in your member information in advance, a temporary account has already been created.
Please follow the steps below to activate your account. Once activated, you will receive your membership benefits immediately.

*If you have forgotten your registered email address or would like to change your email address, pleasesupport CenterPlease contact us.

*If you register an account with an email address that is different from your registered email address, the link between eJPC and the membership system will not be completed immediately and it may take several days to confirm the link. When registering, please be sure to use your registered email address.

Procedure steps
[From PC] [From your smartphone]

＞ When completing procedures using a computer

1. Click on the "Login/Registration My Account" tab at the top of the site
2. When the “Log in to your account” window opens, click Create an account
3. When the window changes to "Create an account"
   ·Surname
   ·given name
   ・Registered email address
   ・Any password
   Enter and click the "Create Account" button
4. A comment will be displayed in the window as shown in the image below, and an email requesting account activation will be sent to your registered email address.^※
   
5. When you receive the activation email, click the "Activate Account" button at the bottom of the email body.
   
6. When you move to the My Account "Order History" page, please check whether your "Digital Membership Card" is displayed in the My Account menu at the top of the page or in the menu on the left side of the page. If it is displayed, linking with member information has been completed successfully.^※
   
7. Click "Registration Information Confirmation" in the menu.
8. You can check the email address you registered. If you need to change your email address, please contact support.
   
9. Click the "Edit" link below the default address field on the registration information confirmation page.
10. When the address editing window opens, enter the postal code, address, and phone number in order, and click the "Edit address" button.
    
11. Please reload the page and confirm that the address you entered has been reflected.
    
12. If you need to add a shipping address that is different from the default address, you can do so by clicking the "Add new address" button at the top right of the page.

This completes the account activation procedure. thank you for your hard work.

1. Tap the "human icon" at the top of the site
2. When the "Log in to your account" window opens, tap "Create an account" at the bottom of the screen.
3. When the window changes to "Create an account"
   ·Surname
   ·given name
   ・Registered email address
   ・Any password
   and tap the "Create Account" button
4. An email requesting account activation will be sent to your registered email address.^※
5. Tap the Activate Account button at the bottom of the activation email.
   
6. When you go to the My Account "Order History" page, please check if your "Digital Membership Card" is displayed from the My Account MENU at the top of the page. If it is displayed, linking with member information has been completed successfully.^※
   

   

   

7. Tap "Registration Information Confirmation" in the menu.
8. You can check the email address you registered. If you need to change your email address, please contact support.
   
9. Tap the "Edit" link below the default address field on the registration information confirmation page.
10. When the address editing window opens, enter the postal code, address, and phone number in order, then tap the "Edit address" button.
    
11. Please reload the page and confirm that the address you entered has been reflected.
    
12. If you need to add a shipping address that is different from the default address, you can do so using the "Add new address" button on the page.

This completes the account activation procedure. thank you for your hard work.

■If you have not yet registered your email address

If you have not registered your email address in the membership system, please create a new account.
In this case, there may be a time lag of several days until the linking of member information and account is completed. Thank you for your understanding.

Please follow the same steps as above.
In the account registration window, enter your first and last name, the email address you wish to register with, and a password of your choice, then click "Create Account."
You will receive a confirmation email to create an account, so please follow the instructions in the email to complete account registration.

*It may take several days for the registered account to be set up as a member account. Thank you for your understanding.

7. You will be redirected to the registration information confirmation screen where you can confirm the email address you registered. If you need to change your email address, please contact support.
   
8. Click the "Edit" link below the default address field on the registration information confirmation page.
9. When the address editing window opens, enter the postal code, address, and phone number in order, and click the "Edit address" button.
   
10. Please reload the page and confirm that the address you entered has been reflected.
    
11. If you need to add a shipping address that is different from the default address, you can do so by clicking the "Add new address" button at the top right of the page.

The account registration procedure is now complete, but linking with member information has not been completed at this stage.

We will compare the new account information you have registered with your JPC membership information, and once we have confirmed that you are a valid member, we will proceed with the linking settings between your membership information and your account.

*If the linking is not completed, you will not be able to receive member benefits.

Once the linking is complete, the "Digital Membership Card" will be displayed in the My Account menu, so please check it.
*If your digital membership card does not appear even after one week has passed since you registered your account, please contact us.
